What is AHS?

Click for a Larger ImageAnterior Head Syndrome – or AHS for short – Can cause a multitude of Neuro-Structural Problems. It can cause a multitude of secondary conditions, from low back and headaches to IBS and jaw trouble.

Five things you can do to avoid AHS:

  1. Bring your portable digital devices to eye-level. Stop looking down at your phone and tablet.
  2. Use a good orthopedic pillow that supports your neck while you’re sleeping, keeping it at neutral and in-line with your spine.
  3. Modify your desk or work area so that monitors are at eye-level and your keyboard and mouse are ergonomically positioned.
